2008-2009 Senior Photo Options and Specifications

Option I: Free Photo--Next fall during registration, a professional photographer will be on campus shooting photos of all students. The photographers will provide a yearbook photo at no cost to you. If this is the photo you wish to have printed, you need only to show up at your assigned registration time, dressed appropriately.  We will automatically use this Lifetouch photo for all seniors unless we receive a studio or personal photo from you by the deadline.

Option II: Local Studio--You may also go to a local photo studio for your senior portrait. We have contacted studios in Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, Newport, Bend, Salem,  Philomath and Monmouth to let them know the requirements for the senior yearbook photo. If you choose this option, call in July to make your appointment. This summer is the best time to have your photo taken because the studio will be able to finish your prints by the October 24 deadline.  Make arrangements with the photo studio to have your portrait sent to the school. If you miss this deadline, we will use your school photo in the senior color section.

Option III: Do It Yourself--You may choose to have a friend or family member shoot and print your senior yearbook photo. Just be sure that it conforms to the provided specifications, and has a high photo quality (no pixellation or heavy shadows). Most importantly, your picture must be in by the October 24 deadline!

Senior Yearbook Photo Specifications
We appreciate that some seniors want to express their individuality, but photos that conform to the specifications tend to look better in a yearbook format. We reserve the right to request a replacement if the photo you submit doesn't look good.
