 National Standard #1:  The TEST will look at what students have learned cognitively in the class.  A pre-test and post-test will be given to show progress made by the student.  Only the post test will be used in evaluating a students grade. 

HOMEWORK will be given so students can make connections from what's learned in class to real life-skill situations.

National Standard #7:  A question or two within the test will look at how the student feels about the unit or activity.  Hopefully an APPRECIATION will be found to the activities the students are exposed to.
