- Muscle groups and Stretches
- Target heart rate concepts

- Student self assessments
PE and Yourself / Others will be graded as
follows:
- Enjoyment Survey - will be completed discussing students
"out of school" interests and how they relate to fitness
- Challenge - Students will develop a challenge activity that their peers
will complete. Students will be graded on their challenge (75%) and
doing the other students' challenge (25%).
- Self-expression - Students will develop a juggling routine that they'll
share with their peers.
- Social
interaction - Students will complete a survey on their interactions with
their cooperative learning partner.
