and categorize physical activities according to potential fitness benefits
(6th Grade Assessed) - Worksheet: Coop partner teams (4 students) explore
various activities to see if they are fitness - target heart rates will be
examined.
Part 2 deals with the student looking at activities they do at home
and determine if those activities would or could be considered fitness.
