  1. Tell another person the critical elements of throwing and catching of a football.  You must explain the coordination of critical elements necessary into making the throw smooth and powerful.   Minimum time for this option is 15 minutes

OR

  1. Throw and catch the football with a partner working on the critical elements.  Standing target for 5 minutes, moving target using pass patterns learned in class for 10 minutes minimum.  Feedback to one another on the critical elements is mandatory.

GRADING

A = Answer all questions, quality statement, parent signature, proper heading, paper very neat and done in ink, 90% spelling correct, 90% questions correct and watch game. This homework assignment paper must be attached to your work!  The papers should be neat, not wrinkled, and well written.

B = Same as above, except 80% on spelling and correct answers.

C = Same as above, except 70% on spelling and correct answers, quality statement, no game,  and not returning this paper.
