Award – Up to $4400 awarded per person to a high school senior who has been admitted to one
of the 47 designated historically black public universities, with a 3.0 GPA,

Colleges Federation “Careers that work!” Scholarship- Three $1000
scholarships for nominated CHS seniors to numerous private career/trade
colleges (these include the art institutes of Portland and Seattle, DigiPen

Beauty and Barber College, among others) in Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Details and career college

Volunteer Firefighters Community Scholarship Fund- $500
scholarships available for college tuition to graduating seniors who live within
the Philomath Fire District and have a GPA greater than 2.75. Preference is given to students who aspire to

Girl Scouts
OSU Summer Experience in Science and Engineering for Youth (SESEY)- For high school girls and minorities who have completed grades 9, 10, 11, with an aptitude in math to provide exposure to careers in engineering.
