Working behind the scenes to make sure things get done is a combination of junior and senior girls. All these girls are enrolled in the Leadership class, and spend much of their time preparing for the fundraisers and getting things ready for the pageant. A lot of planning takes place, and each one of the senior girls is given a job and paired up with one of the contestants to make sure they keep up with their duties. The junior girls are assigned tasks and get experience to take over the reigns next year. The whole process may get a little chaotic, but the head coordinators keep things in line and make sure everyone is on top of their game!
