Rules Changes for 2004

1.  You may now use a towel to remove loose impediments from the green.  (In the past this could only be done off the green.)

2.  You may remove the flagstick while the ball is in motion. 
(In the past it was a two stroke penalty to remove the flagstick when the ball was rolling on the green.)

3.  You may be disqualified for flagrant breaches of etiquette. 
(More strict than in the past.  There have always been some acts that could get you disqualified.  This has been expanded.  Behave yourself on the course and don't throw any "fits"...or clubs!)
