Strength in running events and weakness in field events describes
this year's track team.
There were six returning lettermen, namely: Cecil borden, Jesse
Truax, Bill Waterman, Ray
Lockwood, Bob Long, and Art Lengele. The team was ably coached by
Howard Smith, insructor
at the Corvallis Junior High School.
