Course description: This class is required for graduation and consist of basic weight training and conditioning concepts.  It will also include introduction to various recreations such as volleyball (sand), badminton, indoor hockey, ultimate frisbee, racketball, basketball, and soccer.  Work samples to be included are: rehearsed, prepared speaking.
