Seniors – important dates, final transcripts, walking requirements
Remind your seniors to fill in their diploma reservations CORRECTLY, no nicknames, but including the middle name, and bring these forms to registration or turn them into Cindy Gulledge. Parents sometimes have different ideas about what should be on diplomas, so parents might want to be sure they are on the same page as their students!!
Also-Cap, gown and announcement orders are placed early in the year. The Jostens packet seniors receive includes the cap and gown orders, not just announcements. The orders need to be sent back in a timely manner to avoid last minute scrambling. The orders may be paid for at a later date.

CV-CHS Senior All Night Party
Fundraiser: The Sally Foster Gift Wrap and Chocolates fundraiser to support the Senior All-Night Party will take place this year in September. All seniors should have received their Sally Foster packets at registration. We need you to sell the gift wrap and gifts in order to make this year’s Senior Party a success. Each senior who turns in an order that totals $150 will receive a CD certificate. Orders should be returned to the drop-off box in Beyond CHS or mailed to the address on the packet. Gift wrap delivery will be ready for pick up in mid-November. All seniors are asked to participate. This is the only student fundraiser for the All-Night Party. Every order, no matter how small, is appreciated. If you have any questions, contact Nan Chaney at 752-2041.
Volunteers: The Senior All Night Party will be held after graduation in June, and relies on parents to chaperone and help with specific activities. It takes nearly all parents to ensure a successful party. We ask that everyone volunteer in some way. We know this will be a busy time, but this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to share a milestone with your graduate. In addition to helping at the party, volunteers are needed to help with decorations and other party preparations. The earlier you sign up the more choices you have regarding times and activities.
