Meredith Brooks was in choir at a very young age. First she learned how to sing, then how to play the guitar, and then how to write her own songs. Meredith graduated Corvallis High School at age 15 in 1974. After she graduated high school she spent the next 10 years making a name for herself. She then moved to Los Angeles and 1989. Meredith then joined the Graces that same year. Seven years after quitting the Graces she started to study Psychology. Meredith Brooks is also the founder of AMP, Anybody's Mentoring Program. Meredith Brooks is now currently recording her latest Album.
