20^th Reunion

Reservations:

• We CANNOT accept reservations after July 1; that is, they must be received by that date.
• To be fair to those who make their reservations ahead of time, we will not allow purchase at the door (so please don’t even ask us).  In other words, get your reservations in early!!

Payment

• Please make checks payable to “Blake Maresh”.

Memory Books

·         Memory books will be provided to all guests attending.

·         If you do not plan on attending, you can still submit a page, and you can order one for $9, plus $3 for shipping ($12 total), by checking the box on the order form below.

·         In order to get the memory books printed in time for our reunion, we must receive your memory pages by June 25.

·         You can also download and type your memory book page.   When you’ve completed the page, you can send it electronically to Blake Maresh

Accommodations:

·         If you need accommodations for the reunion, you can access a list of local hotels from the Corvallis High School website (see “Questions?” on the other side).

Attire:

• Friday night – casual, but nice.  No suits, no sweats.
• Saturday picnic – casual
• Saturday night – casual, but nice.  While we’ll be at the Tyee Vineyards Winery, the dinner will be served in their outdoor facility (a.k.a., a barn).

Saturday Picnic:

·         After looking at several options and getting some feedback from grads, we decided to take the flexible route and let folks bring their own goodies to the picnic.

·         There are grills and we will provide charcoal in case you want to BBQ!

Smoking:

·         For our grads and guests who smoke, please be advised that Confluence at Big River is a non-smoking facility, as is Tyee Vineyards Winery.  Tyee apparently does provide some smoking areas; however, due to the dryness of the climate this year and the high fire danger, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case in July.
