Almond Crescents
| 1 cup butter | 2 1/2 cups flour |
| 3/4 cups sugar | 1 cup ground almonds |
| 1 tsp vanilla extract | powdered sugar |
| 1 1/2 tsp almond extract |
1.Beat together butter and sugar until lightly fluffy. Blend in extracts. Mix in flour and almonds.
2.Use about 1 tbsp of dough for each. Shape into logs and bend into crescenets. Place on greased cookies sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
3.While lightly warm roll in posdered sugar. Cool on racks. Store in airtight tins. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
