CAP & GOWN ORDERS:  To verify your cap & gown was ordered, or if you still need to order a cap & gown, call Jostens at 503-723-8006.  Late fees & rush shipping may apply.  Further information regarding caps & gown distribution and protocol is listed below.

SENIOR ALL NIGHT PARTY INFORMATION

• Tickets:  Current Price - $25.  At the door - $30.  Purchase tickets at CV from Denise Purdy (bookkeeper) or Jerri Barr (attendance).  Make your check payable to CV/CHS Senior All-Night Party.  Tickets will be distributed at graduation rehearsal.  For those with a financial need please contact Bonnie Ryan (registrar) or your counselor.

• Senior All-Night Party Climbing Wall Waiver (must be signed by parent if under 18)
• Information for All-Night Party Senior Collage Pictures (requires Adobe)

GRADUATION INFORMATION

Seating:  Crescent Valley High School graduation ceremony is open seating.  Tickets are not issued.  Seats may be saved beginning at 4 PM if graduation is held outdoors, and at 5 PM if graduation is held in the gymnasium.  For special needs seating arrangements at graduation, please contact Bonnie Ryan at 757-5804 or e-mail bonnie.ryan@corvallis.k12.or.us.

Monday, June 2,  7 PM  School Awards Night, CVHS Auditorium

Thursday, June 5,  Last day of school for seniors

·  Pick up caps and gowns at the Senior Picnic

·  Senior checkout should be completed.  All books must be turned in and fees/fines paid.

Thursday, June 5,  6 PM  Senior Family Picnic, Quad.  Hosted by your senior class officers and parents.  Bring your family’s dinner, plates, forks, and cups.  This is a fun time for you and your family to be together before graduation.  CAPS AND GOWNS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED.  If you can't make it to the picnic, a family member can sign for you, or you may pick it up at school Friday or Monday.  See Bonnie Ryan in the registrar's office.

Cap and gown info:  Caps and gowns from prior years are of a different design and dye lot.  All graduates must have a cap and gown from the current year.  When you receive your cap and gown, take it from the package and hang it up to help release fold marks and wrinkles.  Follow ironing directions on the package.  Caps may be decorated.  Decorations must be appropriate, and no more than six inches high.  Tassels are worn on the right.  You may move the tassel to the left (over your heart) after receiving your diploma.

Friday, June 6,  7 PM  Yearbook Signing Party, Quad

Monday, June 9,  MANDATORY Graduation Rehearsal, 9:30 AM in the CVHS Quad or Gym, depending on the weather

·  Schedule all appointments after 11:30 AM.  Arrange to have the morning off if you work.  You will be notified at rehearsal if you have not taken care of returning books and paying fees and fines.  Your diploma will be held for unreturned books and outstanding fees and fines.  You have until 3 p.m. to take care of these issues.  No exceptions.  All-Night Party tickets will be distributed.

·  Graduation:  Assemble at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Hall.  Please be prompt.  Remind family members to arrive early to ensure parking and seating.  We do not place a limit on the number of seats allowed for each family.  Please have family photos taken before 6:00 p.m.  Appropriate attire is required.  There will be a robe check before you proceed to graduation.  Reservation of seats is allowed after 4 p.m. if ceremony is held outdoors, and 5 p.m. if in the gym.

·  Appropriate Dress:
Men – slacks/collared shirts/shoes and socks
Women – slacks/skirt/blouse/dress/shoes

·  Caps and gowns are required for all graduates participating in commencement.  Prior years’ caps and gowns do not match.  See your counselor or Bonnie Ryan if you need financial assistance.

Graduation Photos:  HISE Studio will take a photograph of each graduate as they are congratulated by Mrs. Stroud.  Purchase is optional.  Graduates will be asked to complete an information card at rehearsal so that your proof may be mailed to you.

Monday, June 9 - 10, 11 PM - 5:30 AM:  ALL-NIGHT PARTY!  You must arrive before Midnight!  Tickets may be purchased from Jerri Barr (attendance) or Denise Purdy (bookkeeper).  Tickets will be distributed at graduation rehearsal.  Not sure if you have a ticket?
