How to Apply
The Corvallis School District does not accept paper applications. Any supplemental documents (letters of interest, resume, letters of recommendation) should be added to your electronic application. Instructions on how to add these documents to your online application can be found below. Do not send copies of your materials directly to the district office. Computers are available for public use at the Corvallis School District Office, 1555 SW 35th St, and at the Corvallis Employment Office, 545 SW 2nd St.
There is no charge to apply to the Corvallis School District. Please read and understand all of the steps below before you pay for EdZapp's document management features.
1) Click here to open the Corvallis School District's online application.
2) If you already have an EdZapp account, you can use this information to login to the Corvallis School District's online application. If you do not have an existing account or would like to create a new account, click on Register.
3) Once you have logged in, fill out all of the appropriate sections of the application by clicking Build Resume. Make sure you have completed the District and Regional Questions on the online application by clicking on the Questions tab.
4) After you have completed the application, click on the Application Status/Jobs tab and then Current Openings. To apply for a position, click the job listing and then the Apply Now button. Follow the Continue buttons at the top of the page until you reach the Confirm button and have successfully applied for the position.
Areas and steps to double-check
a) Is your application active? After logging in to the Corvallis School District's online application, click on the Activation Status/Jobs tab. This will tell you if you are currently active and visible to the Corvallis School District.
b) Did you successfully apply for a specific job opening? After logging in to the Corvallis School District's online application, click on the Activation Status/Jobs tab and then Jobs Applied To. If you do not see the opening listed, then you have not completed the application process for that opening. Click on Current Openings and then the opening for which you are applying. Click the Apply Now button and follow the Continue buttons until you can select Confirm. When you have successfully applied for a position it will appear under Jobs Applied To.
c) If Supplemental Documents are required, are they uploaded to your online application?If you are already an EdZapp subscriber and have uploaded documents to your online profile, you do not need to upload them again. If you have not uploaded documents and do not want to pay for an EdZapp subscription, you can use the Supplemental Documents feature of the Corvallis School District application at no cost. These documents will ONLY be visible to the Corvallis School District.
