Technology Advisory Board
The Corvallis School District's Technology Advisory Board helps guide the use of technology in the school district. The committee is comprised of both district staff (who will earn PDUs) and community volunteers. Members are expected to attend a monthly meeting (2.0 hours) and spend another 1-1.5 hours per month in preparation or follow-up activities (reading, email, etc.). Meetings will be held from 3:30-5:30 at the District Office Board Room (1555 SW 35th Street) unless otherwise noted below.
Board Goals

Solicit community input for District use of technology in our school facilities (e.g. forums, surveys, email)

Guide the implementation of the District Technology Plan.

Provide recommendations for updating the District Technology Plan.

Provide connections to community resources.

Provide guidance and support to schools in pursuing grant opportunities.
