NOTE: The Corvallis School District does not participate in OEBB options for dental, vision, and life insurance. Therefore, all paperwork for these selections must be directed to the Insurance/Benefits Office.
Information for New Hires The District offers two "bundles" of supplemental benefits to Classified staff. Both options include dental, vision and life/long-term-disability (LTD)/accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) coverage, the only difference in these two options is the dental plan you choose. Staff may also choose to "waive" te supplemental plans.
