Flu vaccination provided by Safeway Pharmacy. Flu vaccinations are provided at no out-of-pocket cost to employees and dependents of the Corvallis School District with a current medical insurance card (or your enrollment receipt). All other individuals may be vaccinated for $25.00 (exact cash or checks only). Safeway employees are certified to vaccinate those 11 years old and above.
If you do not have district insurance, but are covered by another carrier that pays for flu shots, please bring proof of insurance and Safeway will work with your insurance carrier. If you are unable to attend one of the following Flu Shot Clinic locations, you may utilize any in-network pharmacy at the same benefit level.
