Anti-Tobacco

The lessons in this kit are from Tar Wars, an anti-tobacco education curriculum developed by the American Academy of Family Physicians. The goal is to reduce future tobacco use. The kit has 7 lessons, two about the body systems most affected by tobacco use (respiratory and circulatory) and 5 lessons about tobacco use. The 5 tobacco lessons explore the short term effects of tobacco use, practical effect on breathing, the financial implications of tobacco use, the reasons people use tobacco, and tobacco ads. Finally there is an optional poster contest.
