Special Education Advisory Committee

The Corvallis School District’s Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) was established in 1979.  Its members include parents and community members, with the district’s Assistant Superintendent serving as advisor.

The purpose of the committee, as set forth in the by-laws:
    -  To act as a resource group to the Corvallis School District providing suggestions for improvements in special education services;
    -  To serve in a consultative capacity to aid in the development of programs that will enhance the education of all students; and
    -  To enhance communication among parents, site councils, school district administration, directors, staff, and the community of
       Corvallis with regard to special education issues.

Do you have questions about learning
