Scrip Information

Recently we have had several parents who can't make it into the building during our sales hours request order forms to purchase scrip. Here it is! In case you are unfamiliar with our scrip program, be aware that these gift cards and certificates have been sold to us at a discount by the vendors. Scrip costs you only the face value of the certificate and we keep the profit. It is that simple! We raise between $5000 and $7000 per year with this program which funds MANY of the PTA projects and supplies for your children. If you have never participated or like to shop with your credit cards for air miles, please consider choosing just one vendor's scrip, (like for coffee or movies for example), to purchase regularly. This program is all about volume and turn over, so every little bit of profit adds up quickly.

Feel free to visit the scrip table any weekday morning or afternoon or use the form below to place an order any other time. To use the order form below, please fill out your name, phone number, the date, and the scrip denominations you would like to purchase. Place this form and payment by check made out to Franklin PTA in the box located below the volunteer book in the office. Your order will be filled by the next shift volunteer and you will be contacted for pickup instructions. Because scrip is the same as cash, we are unable to send it home with your child. If you have any questions, please contact the scrip chairperson. She is even happy to deliver!
