HOOVER BUS ROUTES

 

 

Updated for 2009-2010

As part of balancing the school budget for the 2009-2010 school year, bus service has been reduced throughout the district.  In the past, many students have received bussing service who live within the legal walking distance of a one mile radius to the school.


Hoover’s impact from these budget cuts is the elimination of two of our three bus routes.  Many students who have been eligible in the past to ride the bus will no longer have bus transportation available.

Only one bus will be serving the portion of our student population that live outside the one mile radius; this same bus will also provide afternoon transportation to the Boys and Girls Club at the end of its route.

       8:05 a.m.    Goldfinch and 29th (at turnaround)        3:10 p.m.
     8:10 a.m.    Arrive at Hoover (on morning route)  
     Arrive Boys/Girls Club (afternoon)      3:18 p.m.
