Hoover Scrip Program

 What is Scrip?

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards to stores and restaurants that can be used like cash.

How does Hoover School benefit?

With each purchase, Hoover receives a cash donation from the company.  These

donations add up to thousands of dollars a year to benefit our children's education!

Do I receive the full value of the Scrip?

Yes!  You pay $25 for a $25 gift card.  It doesn't cost you any additional money.

How are the donations spent?

In your child's classroom!  When you purchase Scrip, 2% to 60% of the purchase price goes  directly to classroom enrichment.

How can I help?

Check the list (below) of gift certificates that are available.  If there are any stores

or restaurants that you frequent, use scrip instead of cash the next time you shop.

Does the Scrip look nice enough to give as gifts?

Yes!  The gift cards and gift certificates are identical to the ones you would  purchase at  the stores.

How do I buy Scrip?

Just stop by the Scrip table before or after school, or the Hoover front office any time during school hours.  You can write a check to "HPTO" or pay cash.
