The Volunteer Center has had another great month. We have successfully completed over 100 Job Requests from teachers and staff. The response from teachers and staff has been very good and we are excited to be able to offer support through the Volunteer Center. Thank you to all of the teachers and staff who have used the Volunteer Center.
We would like to give a sincere thank you to all of the volunteers that have helped in the Volunteer Center: Jan Bracht, Kellie Kneet, Sheila Pederson, Kimberly Hortsch, Gyneth Williams, Erikka Eveland, Brandy Hemsley, Joy Manuel, Shelley Cordier, Kelli Steele, and Tom Steele. We truly appreciate your time and energy.
Are You interested in helping out in the Volunteer Center? If so there are many ways that you can help, even from home (see homeworkers below). We have made it easy for
anyone to be a Wilson Volunteer! Below is a list of our current needs.Wilson Volunteer Center volunteers
regular shifts.Tuesdays 12:30-2:30
Wednesdays 8:30-10:30
Thursdays 12:30-2:30
Alternates
for all possible shifts. (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:30-10:30 and Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:30-2:30). Alternates will only need to come in if someone knows that they can not do their shift in advance. We would just need to know which shifts the alternates are available for. They would then get a call to let them know that they are needed to replace someone if they are available.Homeworkers to pick up job requests to be completed at home (and returned in two business days) on the days listed below:
Mondays
Tuesdays
Wednesdays
Thursdays
Fridays
