“Pick of the Month” comes to Wilson
2009-2010 Seasonal Tasting Tables
Tasting local, farm fresh food is an easy and fun way to introduce all students at school to healthy foods. Monthly tasting tables will be held in the cafeteria during school lunch so that all students can participate. Information and activity packets about each food item and the farm where it was grown will be distributed to teachers to enable them to expand on the tasting table in their classroom. Information and recipes will also be made available to families.
Tasting tables will begin in October 2009
