Autumn Benton

Autumn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and board-approved supervisor. She has 17 years of experience supporting youth and families in clinical settings as part of multidisciplinary teams. Her background includes clinical work in youth residential treatment, college counseling, and medical school. She has also had the privilege of providing training and clinical supervision to psychiatry residents at Good Samaritan Hospital for the last 12 years.

Recently, she became certified in Run Walk Talk therapy, which means she has specialized training to provide counseling and supervision while running, walking, or hiking outdoors!

One of her passions is supporting people – students, families, and professionals- to create environments where both people and programs can thrive. She has lived in Corvallis for the last 17 years and loves spending time at the beach with her kids, camping, hanging with friends and family, running, and anything related to fitness and being outdoors!
