Payroll and Benefits

Employees are the district's most valuable asset. Payroll and benefits staff assist employees of the district through processing payroll activities and managing district employee benefit programs.

2017-18 Open Enrollment

  • Classified and Non-Represented – August 15 through September 15
  • Certified – August 22 through September 22

Timecards and Payroll Schedule

Timecards are submitted electronically by classified employees. Certified and non-represented staff report absences through the AESOP system. Substitutes/tutors/seasonal staff/students (non-regular staff) are paid for hours worked according to the cutoff dates.

Comprehensive Benefits Package

The Corvallis School District offers employees a comprehensive benefits package. Available benefits vary with employment type (classified, certified, non-represented groups) and with the number of hours worked, and include medical, pharmacy, dental, vision and life and AD&D Insurance. Also included is workers compensation, sick leave, family medical leave and sabbatical leave.
