School Board Meeting Schedule Change

As you know, school has been canceled through March 31. We understand the disruption to our daily lives, the cancellation of highly anticipated events, and change to our daily routines cause stress for all of us. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Please know that we are doing our best to protect our students, staff, and community.

The March 19 School Board meeting will be held at 10:30-11:00 am and will be solely for action on time-sensitive contracts related to bond construction. Due to COVID-19 health concerns, no public comment will be taken at this meeting; however, we hope to have public comment regarding the Superintendent’s boundary recommendation at the April 9 and 16 meetings, and are currently working on the systems to do so in light of the uncertainty related to COVID-19. Board action regarding the Superintendent’s boundary recommendation will not be taken on April 9. The Board wants to provide as much time as possible for the community to provide feedback on the proposal. If you would like to provide input to the School Board on the Superintendent’s boundary adjustment recommendation, please fill out this form, which will reach all school board members directly.

We hope to have public comment on April 9 and 16 and are currently working on the systems to do so.
