Nearly three years ago, Corvallis voters approved a facilities improvement bond for Corvallis schools which included safety and security enhancements, updates to our existing infrastructure, and career-related program expansions. The bond program included major renovations throughout the District, 21 new permanent K-5 classrooms that will replace 21 portable classrooms at our elementary schools, and two new buildings that will replace Lincoln Elementary and Husky Elementary Schools.
Now at the halfway mark, the bond program is in high gear with construction taking place at multiple locations. We have assembled an overview of the bond program to provide updates, recent successes and challenges, and bond project highlights. Corvallis voters will receive this comprehensive update in their mailbox later this month.
The Bond Program Community Update is also available in English and Spanish below.
