What's Happening Now

November 2021

  • Fortis has developed a solid phasing plan and a construction schedule that appears to work well around school breaks and allows for efficient school operations.
  • DLR to submit for permit in November.
  • Fortis to develop the GMP pricing to be presented at the December board meeting.

October, 2019

Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2022.

February, 2019: Building walk-through and investigation

A building walk-through is in progress for the design team. An investigation of the existing building and surroundings is also underway.

Hazardous material sampling and testing will occur next quarter.
