School Exemption Rates

immunization shot

Immunization rates are required to be posted within 30 days of the start of school.

The exemption rate reports for all schools in our district are available. Immunizations are an important way to keep your child healthy. Oregon law requires that children enrolled in public school be adequately immunized against diptheria, tetanus, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and varicella. An exemption may be requested for medical reasons. Please contact the school office if you have questions about exemption rates at your school.
