2026 Free Back-to-School Health & Resource Fair

In collaboration with Benton County Health Services, Samaritan Health Services, Casa Latinos Unidos, and InterCommunity Health Network Coordinated Care Organization, the Corvallis School District is hosting the sixth annual Back-to-School Health & Resource Fair on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. This free event is at Corvallis Junior High (formerly Linus Pauling Middle School), located at 1111 NW Cleveland Ave. in Corvallis, and is open to anyone in the community. 

This event will provide free resources and services. Available services include:

  • Assistance League Operation School Bell® (clothing & hygiene kits)
  • Dental, vision, & hearing screenings
  • Sports physicals
  • Kids vaccines – including Measles and Tdap
  • School registration
  • School bus registration

Also included:

  • Free lunch (Halal option available)
  • Family activities
  • Community resources & booths

“By offering these essential health resources, we’re supporting the well-being of students and families so every child starts the 2026–27 school year ready to thrive,” said Assistant Superintendent Melissa Harder. “In line with our Healthy Communities board goal, these services build community care and belonging, and thanks to our partners, they’re available at no cost for the whole family to enjoy.”
