Graduation ceremonies will take place Monday, June 12 for graduates of Corvallis High School and Crescent Valley High School.
Crescent Valley High School graduates will have their ceremony at Crescent Valley High School, starting at 6:00 pm. There will be handicap accessible parking available on the grass in front of the gym. The parking lot in front of the gym and access road to CVHS fills up quickly, so family members are encouraged to use space behind the gym if available.
Corvallis High School graduates will be recognized at a ceremony at OSU’s Gill Coliseum, starting at 7:30 pm. Please note that helium balloons are not allowed inside the building.
Congratulations to 40 valedictorians and salutatorians from the class of 2017! These students have excelled academically and have been involved in many other activities throughout their high school experience.
Corvallis High School valedictorians are Benton Spirek, Hannah Whipple, Manya Mutschler-Aldine, Shannan Bialek, Haley Wilson, Lindsay Popowski, Julia Wall, Laura Moon, Colleen Corrigan, Taylor Hurley, Rachel Conner, Kathryn Kang, and Josephine Crofoot. Salutatorians are Jacob Brant, Cassidy Donaldson, Mylene Gorzynski, Olivia Helback, Jordan Holdaway, Ellery Lewis, Turtle McClosky-Potter, Ivy McClure, Alasdair Padman and Brad Stein.
Crescent Valley High School valedictorians are Niko Hansen, Carson Gray, Kristen Dolan, Mark Dalthorp, Warren Elwood, David So, Claire Hekkala, Annie Weibezahn, Caroline Doyle, May Chen and Ruchi Agarwal. Salutatorians are Kathy Hu, Anais Main, Amy McVeety, Sarabeth Pearce-Smith, Amy Yin and Elizabeth Yin.
