• You do not need to print out your tickets! Bring the email on your phone and show us your scan code. We will scan your code in the audience line.
• We cannot refund the card fee taken by PurplePass

• Tickets can be exchanged 48 hours BEFORE the show happens. Once the show has happened, we can no longer exchange your tickets.
• Tickets can be refunded 48 hours BEFORE the performance they were purchased for, not after.
