You do not need to print out your tickets! Bring the email on your phone and show us your scan code. We will scan your code in the audience line.
We cannot refund the card fee taken by PurplePass

Tickets can be exchanged 48 hours BEFORE the show happens. Once the show has happened, we can no longer exchange your tickets.
Tickets can be refunded 48 hours BEFORE the performance they were purchased for, not after.
