403(b) plans are employer-sponsored retirement savings plans, similar to 401(k)s, but typically offered to employees of specific types of organizations, such as public school employees.
All plans offered by the district are composite, meaning that there is one cost regardless of the number of dependents on any given member’s plans. Benefit plan rates are prorated based on an employee’s FTE.
