Subcontractor Bidding Opportunities

The opportunities listed below are being issued for bid by CM/GC contractor.

Corvallis High School CTE Renovation

Gerding Builders, LLC (OR CCB# 193549) is serving as the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Corvallis School District and is soliciting bids for all scopes of work, with exception of the supply of the PEMB at the covered work yard, for the Corvallis High School Project in Corvallis, OR. The project includes renovations to existing space as well as new site improvements.

There will be a non-mandatory site visit scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, January 12, at Corvallis High School, 1400 NW Buchanan Ave, Corvallis, OR. Attendance is highly encouraged. To comply with social distancing guidelines, anyone planning to attend will be required to contact Manny Barragan at manuelb@gerdingbuilders.com no later than 8:00 AM, January 12 to reserve a 45 minute time slot to tour the site (between 1:00 and 4:00). Meet at the CHS Softball Field. Face coverings will be required. Attendees will need to provide their own face coverings. This site visit will be limited to a tour of the work areas only. No other information will be given.

Bids can be delivered to the Gerding Builders office – 200 SW Airport Rd., Corvallis, OR, emailed to marks@gerdingbuilders.com, or delivered through “Building Connected,” and must be received before 2:00 PM. Bids received after the deadline may not be considered. Note: TGC Structural, an affiliate of Gerding Builders, intends to submit bids for the Structural Concrete and Rough Carpentry, and will deliver their bids directly to the owner’s representative 24 hours prior to the bid deadline.
