Subcontractor Bidding Opportunities

The opportunities listed below are being issued for bid by CM/GC contractor.

Crescent Valley High School Renovation - RE-BID - General Owner Access Package

This project originally bid back on April 2nd of this year, and we are now re-bidding the project out. The scope of the project remains the same, but some of the Bid Packages have been tweaked, so make sure you review the Bid Packages you will be bidding.

The project consists of additions to Buildings A and F at Crescent Valley High School. Building F is a remodel/expansion of the CTE department. Building A is an Elevator addition. Also, parking lot/ADA improvements.

There will be a non-mandatory site walk scheduled for the afternoon of October 20. Any person planning to attend will need to reserve a time slot prior to 1:00 pm October 19. Email marks@gerdingbuilders.com to request a spot. See “Invitation to Bid” in the Bid Manual for further instructions regarding the site walk.

Bidders will need to fill out the bid form provided on “Building Connected.” If for whatever reason a bidder is unable to submit through “BC,” the bidder may use the form in the Bid Manual. The bidder may also include attachments if desired.

Corvallis High School – PEMB Supply

Supply a Metal Building Cover over the CTE work area between the North & South T-Buildings at Corvallis High School. Include all structural design per Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Signed and sealed by a qualified engineer licensed in the State of Oregon.
