How does a student get help with their iPad?

Students receive start-up instructions when devices are issued. During school hours, teachers and technical support staff are available to help with technical issues.

If the student is using the device at home and is having difficulty connecting to the internet, please call the district’s technology hotline (24/7) at 541-757-5862 for a recorded message of any possible district-wide issues affecting the school district’s network. Students or parents may also e-mail the teacher to report a problem.
