Special Education Advisory Committee

Established in 1979, this committee provides input on issues related to special education and assists with parent workshops and support for families whose children are receiving special education services.

The primary activities of the Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) include:

  • Regular meetings (typically once per month) to share information and provide feedback on special education services in our district
  • Share resources with parents of students receiving special education services
  • Enhance communication about special education issues among parents, school site councils, district administration, staff, and the community

Meeting announcements are shared with all families in the Corvallis School District. All are welcome to attend.

Oregon Family Support Network

The Oregon Family Support Network (OFSN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to working with families to promote mental, behavioral and emotional wellness for families and youth through education, support, and advocacy.
