All plans offered by the district are composite, meaning that there is one cost regardless of the number of dependents on any given member's plans. Benefit plan rates are prorated based on an employee's FTE.

The district participates in the Oregon Public Employees Benefits System (PERS). And, bundled with all benefit plans offered by the district (described above), are life and accidental death insurance, a global assistance program, and a comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP).
