Non-Represented Staff Benefits

For 22-23, Medical plans offered to Non-Represented Staff are through OEBB/Moda. Employees have a choice between plans offered through United Healthcare or Willamette Dental for their Dental/Vision plan. For 2023-24, Medical, Dental and Vision plans offered to Non-Represented Staff are through OEBB. Life insurance, disability, group accident, and critical illness policies are available through UNUM. Additional Benefits Available to All Qualified Employees

The Corvallis School District offers employees a comprehensive benefits package. In addition to the medical, pharmacy, dental and vision benefits noted above, eligible employees qualify for a variety of other benefits. These benefits (some fully-funded by the district and some employee-paid) include life insurance, disability insurance, group accident insurance, critical illness insurance, flexible spending and dependent care accounts, Oregon Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) participation, supplemental retirement savings accounts (403(b) and 457(b) accounts), and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Additional District-Paid Benefits for Qualified Employees

The district participates in the Oregon Public Employees Benefit System (PERS). And, bundled with all benefit plans offered by the district (described above) are life and accidental death insurance, a global assistance program, and a comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP).

Additional Employee-Paid Voluntary Coverage Options

Explore options to make your life (and your future) more manageable. These offerings include additional term life/AD&D coverage, short term disability, critical illness, and group accident insurance. Note that some of these employee group options are only available during the Open Enrollment process.
